I think this is a great song saying that just because you liked someone in the past
it doesn't mean that you are still gonna like him or her in the future.
This song is a great example of someone who though they found the perfect guy
but then that person opened it's eyes and saw just a jerk that she or he didn't want to come
any where near to.

if this is your case forget about it and move on with your life
i know it's easier said than done but just try.
